R250 is the default redeem limit on a loyalty card. The redeem limit can be increased in the following ways:
Instore Kiosk.
Infinity Rewards App can be downloaded on Google Play or IOS store.
Infinity Portal (in store).

Security Tip: A redeem limit will ensure that someone else is not able to spend more than R250 in a transaction.
