Why didn’t all my customers receive an SMS?

  • Marketing SMSs are sent using the Infinity portal, but the SMS itself is controlled by the service provider.

  • A delay in SMS could be that the network provider cannot connect to the number at the time.

  • The cell phone might be out of reach or switched off.

  • Cell number might have changed since the registration of the Loyalty card.
