Click on Self Service
Select your store at the top dropdown box.
Click on Point of Sale in the green bar at the top.
Select POS Transactions.
Type in the new card number or transaction ID and press GO.
Click on the pencil to the left of the transaction.
Look at column with description Discount Type – if the words Promo Item or Discount is in this field, rewards will not be allocated.
