How do I set up a department incentive?

You can link certain cashback percentage to certain departments if these are set up within your POS system.

It's important to note:

Each product sold is sent to Infinity along with the Department code for processing.
The Department Reward is calculated based on this Department code received

(Always Instead Of)

There can ALWAYS only be ONE Department Incentive per Tier per day.

To set this up:

  • Click on Self Service.

  • Click on the CashBack incentives tab.

  • Click on the Department tab.

  • Click on add department incentive.

  • On the drop down choose the department number.

  • On the drop down choose the cashback percentage.

  • Choose your effect from date. All incentives can only take effect at earliest the next day.

  • Choose your effect to date.

  • On the drop down you can choose for this to be linked to a specific tier or all cardholders.

  • Click Create.

Tip: If you can upload multiple departments by using the Import Incentive Button. This will supply an excel document which you can complete and upload to instantly upload more than one department.
