As a security measure when a transaction is more than R50 000 the transaction will immediately be placed on hold pending store confirmation on whether the transaction was legitimate or done in error.
Below are the steps to follow for authorised individuals to update these Excessive Purchase Value transactions.
Click on Self-Service.
Click on Excessive Purchase Value.
Click on Process Transaction.
From here you can either click on Process Transaction if legitimate, or Block Transaction if it's an error.
