You already have an Influur account, created in the Influur app. Creator accounts can only be created there. This guide shows you how to manage your payments through the Creators Web App, a browser-based option that's completely optional.

You'll get to the Creators Web App one of two ways:

Using the web app is completely optional. Your mobile app still works the same, and nothing changes there.

Important: Your link is personal. Never share it with anyone, and never send your payout details outside the Influur app.

Sign in with the same email, phone number, or username you already use on the Influur mobile app. Your account, campaigns, and wallet are shared between mobile and web.

Once your work is approved, open your job page. You'll see a "Payment Processing" banner. Tap View payment status to open your Wallet.

Important: Wallet setup only applies to creators who use the Influur app or web app in the United States, Mexico, Colombia or the United Kingdom. If you live anywhere else, you don't need to set up a wallet: skip this step and ask our team for a manual withdrawal. Choose the country where you are and the country of the bank that holds your destination account. Set up your payout method in your own name, or in the name of a company you own or are part of.

The first time you open your Wallet, tap Set up payouts. This starts a short, secure setup with Stripe, our payments partner. What you're asked for depends on your country:

United States: confirm your legal name, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, then log in to your bank directly through Stripe.

Mexico: upload a photo ID and enter your account holder name and CLABE number.

Colombia and the United Kingdom: follow the steps Stripe shows for your country.

If you live outside the US, Mexico, Colombia and the UK, ignore any Stripe screens and ask our team for a manual payment. If you see this message, tap the button to chat with us directly.

Once it's done, you'll see a "Payout setup complete" message.

Then accept the payout terms in your Wallet ("Accept & enable payouts"). This is required to cash out, and you only do it once.

By default, your earnings are free to cash out 30 days after the brand releases your payment. Want your money sooner? Once you have accepted the payout terms, you can request your earnings any time within that window for a flat 6% Fee.

Tap "Get Early" on a cleared payment, review the Fee, and confirm. The money lands in your wallet within minutes.

Tap Cash out in your Wallet. If you already have a payment method registered, the money then goes automatically to your destination account. This works the same in the United States, Mexico, Colombia and the United Kingdom. Funds usually arrive in a few business days, depending on your bank.
