If the Entune 3.0 is capable of HD radio, the HD radio icon will be orange next to FM on the radio screen.
If you do not see the Orange HD Radio icon, please make sure that the AM/FM antenna is properly seated to the back of the radio.
Same situation if the HD icon is Gray instead of Orange.
Disconnect the Battery for 5 minutes and then test the radio again if it still isn't showing up after verifying the antenna is properly seated.
