To use the app to refresh the genie for Rear View Camera programming follow the steps below.
1. Download the OBD Genie Troubleshooting App on a iPhone or iPad. (App only works on Apple phones/pads)
2. Open the app, swipe left to continue.
3. Watch the video if needed to show how to use the genie.
4. Once the vehicle is in accessory mode or the engine is running. Now plug the OBD Genie into the OBD port in the vehicle and hit "Start Scanning".
5. Now click on "Wholesales Support Page!" Even if you aren't a wholesales dealer.
6a. Under "Wholesales Support Page" Click on "For 2018 and below classic body JK vehicles please tap here!" for anything that didn't come with a bypass. There is a mistake of app where JL and JK are reversed.
6b. Under "Wholesales Support Page" Click on "For 2018 and newer JL vehicles please tap here!" for anything that did come with a bypass. There is a mistake of app where JL and JK are reversed.
