Vehicle Programming Required - If you're upgrading from a 5.0-inch RA2 or 8.4-inch RA3 radio you will need to have your local Jeep dealer add the RSM - SiriusXM Travel Link code to your vehicle's build / VIN to be able to utilize the Travel Link feature (if desired). For the more tech savvy customers for the same price as a dealer visit for programming they can purchase a program called "AlfaOBD" and enable "SBAD Travel Link". This program can also perform a proxi alignment. Program costs around $50 and the OBD to USB dongle needed to interface with the vehicle costs another $50. So this is a great option for the tech savvy customer or a shop that wants to do this type of programming.
