After the TBC Genie properly programs the customer's vehicle to display TBC functions in the cluster, they should also have minimal options to Name Trailers and pick Brake Types in the radio settings, no matter what screen's in the vehicle.
If this option is not in the radio, have the customer leave their bypass in, turn off the vehicle, turn it back on and check their settings for "Trailer Brake Settings."
If that does not work, then there is no fix. We only guarantee the settings will show up in the cluster. We do NOT guarantee the settings will show up in the radio.
