Many customers will try to use the Genie to program their Ford F150 trailer brake controller kit but will forget to take the terminals of the battery while installing the trailer brake switch. Despite getting a green light on their Genie, if they press TBC and it says "TBC fault" in the cluster, it programmed but the TBC fuse was blown due to the customer not unplugging the battery.
