If you are losing your presets either on every key-cycle, or over time than you may not have saved them correctly to your memory profile. You must set the radio, and save it with your driver profiles, or your presets will be wiped.

If you are having only Sirius presets disappearing than we recommend contacting Sirius, but if you are losing AM/FM than you most likely need to set your profiles.

From Fiat Chrysler Themselves:

“Release Date: 3/27/2019

Symptom/Vehicle Issue: Radio Loses Presets

Discussion: A customer may complain that the radio presets appear to be lost after an ignition

cycle. Verify the concern is not linked to different programmed key memory options and settings.

All settings must be set and saved in memory profile. If radio presets aren't saved to the memory

profile, it will reset in vehicle upon key off with the last active driver profile."
