For the Uconnect 5 radio upgrades. Sometimes the new radio will not save the AM/FM radio presets saved by the customer. Customer will save presets and after a short time with the vehicle on the radio will remember the presets but if the vehicle sits overnight the radio will not remember the presets in the morning. The only fix for this is to do a master reset on the radio then recreate your user profile. After which the radio should be saving the presets.
1. From the Home screen, click on the far right bottom button, the "Apps" Button.
2. Scroll down in the apps till you see "Settings". Click on Settings.
3. On the left side of the screen, scroll down till you see "Reset". Click on Reset.
4. On right side, scroll down till you see "Factory Reset". Click on Factory Reset.
The radio will not reset itself, make you profile again and try to save presets once more. They should be saving without issues now.
