Upon installing a Uconnect 5 (Harman Manufacture), such as the UBL, UBQ, UBN, some features may not be available at first. Most of the time this is the back-up camera not populating in reverse, and in the "Vehicle" tab, the back-up camera isn't an option to toggle/activate.
First start by going to the Vehicle Tab, click the "Settings" menu on the top right of the screen. Click the down arrow until you get to "Reset" then go all the way to the bottom and perform the "Factory Reset". After the radio reboots, go back into the same menu, and perform the Radio Reset which is the top option. It's recommended to do that specific reset about 3 times total.
