The job stages are the phases that talent must go through to reach hiring.

At InHire, we work with hunting stages and post-hunting stages.

Hunting stages are defined as being before the talent applies for the job. In other words, they are not yet in the process, but their profile may be saved within your InHire (we suggest the Listed stage) or being approached (we suggest the In Approach stage).

Post-hunting stages, on the other hand, are defined as being after the talent applies to the process. By using InHire as an ATS, you will be able to manage your registered talents through the Job Page.

Additionally, by using the KANBAN view mode, you can better track talents at each stage.

All stages are fully customizable! But attention! You can only modify a job's stages before adding the first talent to it.

To customize the stages after receiving applications for a job or if you want to change the Standard Kanban stages of your recruitment process for new jobs, simply contact the InHire Team through support!

If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to contact us via the InHire Chat at the bottom right corner of the screen.

A smile from ear to ear :)

Marina Moura, from the InHire Team.
