Understanding the Contact Profile Page

B
Written by Benjamin Havenaar

The contact profile page gives you a complete overview of everything Innercrowd knows about a contact, from their personal details and tags to their purchase history, consent status, and notification preferences. This article explains what you can find on the page and how to use it.

Opening a Contact Profile

To open a contact profile, go to Innercrowd Dashboard > Audience and click on the underlined contact name in the list. You will be taken directly to their profile page.

The Profile Header

At the top of the page you will see the contact's name and their role within Innercrowd, either contact or ambassador. Contacts who have been accepted into an ambassador program will show as ambassador.

Details Panel

On the left side of the page you will find two sections:

Tags shows all tags currently assigned to this contact. You can add a new tag directly from the profile by clicking + Add a tag. Tags make it easier to filter and segment your audience.

Details shows all personal information stored for this contact, such as first name, last name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, city, ZIP code, and any custom fields you have configured.

Activity Tabs

In the centre of the page, three tabs give you a view into the contact's activity:

Purchases is the default tab. It shows a chronological list of all ticket purchases made by this contact, including the event name, date, number of products, and total amount.

Personalization shows when the contact is linked to a personalization from another order. This page is only relevant when you're using personalisation within your ticketing provider.

Ticket scans shows a log of all ticket scans associated with this contact, including the date and time of each scan.

Right-hand Panel

On the right side of the page you will find three sections:

Actions contains the option to Archive contact. Use this to remove a contact from your active audience. For more information on archiving, refer to this article: How to Archive Contacts.

Contact consents shows the current consent status for Push, Email, and WhatsApp. Each channel can show as Enabled or Disabled. By clicking the three-dot menu next to a channel, you can manually accept consent for that contact if needed.

Note: Manually adjusting consent should only be done when you have a valid legal basis to do so. For more information on consent management, refer to this article: How to Manage your Consent.

Notification settings (ambassador only) shows whether the ambassador has enabled or disabled notifications for New Quest, New Reward, and Marketing Messages. You can manually adjust these using the three-dot menu next to each setting.
