A landing page is a standalone web page that you create in Innercrowd to collect contact information and consent from people who are interested in your event or community. This article explains what landing pages are, what you can use them for, and how they fit into your Innercrowd setup.
What is a Landing Page?
A landing page in Innercrowd is a customizable sign-up form that you can share with your audience or embed on your website. When someone submits the form, they are automatically added to your Innercrowd database as a contact or ambassador, and their consent and data are stored directly in the platform.
You control the design, the form fields, the consent settings, and what happens after someone submits the form. No third-party tools or integrations are needed.
What Can You Use a Landing Page For?
Pre-registration Collect contact details from people who want to be the first to hear about ticket sales, early access, or upcoming events. Use a pre-registration landing page to build your database before your tickets go on sale.
Ambassador sign-ups Let people apply to become an ambassador for your event or brand. Submissions can be saved as ambassador profiles in Innercrowd, which you can then review and approve. For more information, refer to this article [Link: How to Review Ambassador Applications].
Newsletter sign-ups Collect email and WhatsApp consent from people who want to stay up to date. Landing pages include a built-in consent block that is fully configurable and GDPR-compliant.
How Does It Work?
When you create a landing page in Innercrowd, you go through a step-by-step editor that covers the campaign settings, design, form fields, consent, and confirmation page. Once published, Innercrowd generates a unique URL for your landing page that you can share directly or embed on your website.
Every submission is stored in your Audience, tagged if needed, and linked to the consent the contact gave at the time of sign-up.
