Why Should I change my WhatsApp Templates?

When creating an account at Innercrowd, we automatically create general WhatsApp templates that communicate with your Ambassadors. You can personalize your messages by changing those WhatsApp templates.

What messages do we currently send?

Currently the system uses three default messages.

  1. Welcome message

A message sent when an ambassador has been approved to the program.

    {{1}} = Name

  2. Rejected Message

A message sent when an ambassador has applied for the program but has been rejected.

    {{1}} = Name

  3. New Quest message

A message sent to the ambassador when a new Quest is created.

    {{1}} = Name

    {{2}} = Quest name
    {{3}} = Points

How Can I change my WhatsApp Templates?

  • Select a template you want to manage

  • Now you can edit the body text of the template.

Note: Only edit the body text. The variables indicated as. {{1}}, {{2}}, and {{3}} can be removed or placed elsewhere in the message.

  • It might be necessary to provide dummy variables before you can save the message templates. {{1}} = name, {{2}} = Quest name, and {{3}} = Points.

  • Save the edited message template
