Why should I verify my business?

Meta requires you to verify your business if you want to use a Business WhatsApp phone number with Innercrowd. If you don't verify your business within 30 days, Meta can disable your WhatsApp account.

Before you start

  • Make sure to have full control over your Facebook Business Account.

  • Make sure to use accurate and truthful information.

How to verify your business

  1. Go to Business Settings > Security Center, select the business you want to verify and click on start verification.
    ​

  2. Provide Meta with your business details like your Business Name, Website and Address. Make sure to exactly match your business name, that your website loads and is secure (HTTPS).
    ​

  3. If Meta doesn't automatically find your business, please upload supporting documents to verify your business.
    ​

  4. Confirm your submission with an Email, SMS, Phone call, WhatsApp.
    ​

  5. Click done.

Decision

Depending on if Meta can automatically verify your business it can take 10 minutes up to 14 days. We normally see that 90% of the businesses are verified within 24 hours.
