Setting up ReviewsPro takes about 3 minutes. ReviewsPro runs in its own app at app.reviewspro.ai, so you can sign up there directly.
Sign up
Go to app.reviewspro.ai/signup.
Create your account with your email and a password, or click Continue with Google.
Go through the setup steps below and choose your plan.
When you see You’re in! Now connect your store, click Connect Shopify Store, enter your store address, and approve the permissions in Shopify.
Until your store is connected, you can look around the app, but importing, sending requests and publishing widgets will ask you to connect first.
Prefer to start from Shopify? Click Continue with Shopify on the sign-up page, or install ReviewsPro from the Shopify App Store. Your store is connected first: ReviewsPro reads your products and theme (about 20 seconds), then you click Continue and go through the same steps.
The setup steps
Welcome. Click Let’s set up.
Goals. Pick what you want ReviewsPro to do first, such as collecting more reviews or importing existing ones, then click Continue.
Show reviews on your store (Shopify stores). Choose what to show: Star rating, Product reviews section and Homepage carousel. Then click Enable widget.
Enable widget opens your Shopify theme editor in a new tab with ReviewsPro already switched on under App embeds. Click Save in the top right of Shopify, then come back to ReviewsPro. It checks your store every few seconds and moves on by itself once the widget is live.
Not ready to finish it now? Once you have clicked Enable widget, you can choose I’ll do this later. You can turn the widget on any time from Widgets.
Start your trial

After setup
A short product tour shows you around. You can replay it any time from your account menu (top right) → Take the product tour.
