How do I use the Analytics?

Reading the ReviewsPro Analytics page: reviews collected, email performance, revenue influenced by reviews, and which products need reviews.

Written by Arsalan Ali

Open Analytics in the left menu to see how reviews build trust, bring in traffic and drive sales. Choose the last 7, 30 or 90 days, turn on Compare to previous period, and use Export report to download the numbers.

The Analytics page with reviews collected, average rating, request conversion and a chart of reviews over time

What each tab shows

  • Overview: reviews collected, average rating, request conversion and photo & video rate, with a chart of reviews over time.

  • Reviews: sentiment, the topics customers talk about most, your rating breakdown and where reviews come from.

  • Emails: open, click and review rates for each email, deliverability and the best days to send.

  • Revenue: revenue influenced by reviews, and how shoppers who see reviews convert compared with those who don’t.

  • Products: which products need reviews, so you can request reviews for them in one click.

For a quick look, Home shows your total reviews, average rating, conversion and pending reviews.

Getting something useful out of it

  • Watch request conversion. If it is low, the timing or wording of your request email is usually why.

  • Follow the average rating over time. A falling trend on one product is an early warning about quality or supplier changes.

  • Explain the spikes and dips. Compare them with campaigns, product launches or changes to your request timing.

  • Fill the gaps. Use the Products tab to request reviews for products that have few or none.
