How do I change my plan or update my payment method?

Upgrading or switching your ReviewsPro plan, monthly or yearly billing, updating your card, invoices, and billing through Shopify.

Everything about your plan is in Settings → Billing & plan. You can also open the plans from your account menu (top right) → Plan & billing.

Change your plan

  1. Click Change plan, or Upgrade plan at the bottom of the left menu.

  2. Choose Monthly or Yearly, then Upgrade to or Switch to a plan.

  3. Check what you pay today and on your next payment, then confirm.

  • Moving to a higher plan or to yearly billing starts right away. You pay only the difference for the rest of the current period.

  • Moving to a lower plan or to monthly billing starts at your next billing date. Until then you keep everything in your current plan, and you can click Keep followed by your plan name to cancel the change.

  • During your trial, changing plan costs nothing today. The trial continues on the new plan.

See How much does ReviewsPro cost to use? for what each plan includes.

Update your card

Under Payment method, click Change. Our billing portal opens in a new tab, where you can update your card and download receipts. Your card is stored securely by Stripe.

Invoices

The Invoices list shows every charge. Click the download icon next to an invoice to save it.

Billed through Shopify?

Some stores pay for ReviewsPro on their Shopify bill. In that case Billing & plan says your plan is charged on your Shopify bill. You change plan the same way, then approve the change in Shopify. Your charges and invoices are in Shopify admin → Settings → Billing.

Your card was declined

Update your card with Change, then try the plan change again. If a renewal payment fails, we try the same card again, so update it as soon as you can.
