Store reviews are what shoppers say about buying from you: shipping speed, customer service, packaging and value for money. They build trust across your whole store, not just one product. Go to Reviews → Store reviews.
Collect store reviews
Turn on Ask for a store rating. This adds one question to every review request email. You can also choose Store review under What to ask for in Collect → Automations.
Reply and publish
Each review shows whether it Needs reply, has an AI draft ready, or is Replied.
Click Reply with AI to get a draft, edit it, then click Post reply. Approve & publish posts the reply and publishes the review together.
Use Publish or Unpublish to control what’s on your store, and Flag for follow-up for reviews you need to act on.
Filter by topic to see, for example, everything about shipping.
Show them on your store
Turn on Show on storefront. Store reviews then appear on the All reviews page and the Trust badge. Click Add store widget to choose and publish one.
