Two settings pages control email in ReviewsPro: Email for the review emails your customers receive, and Notifications for the emails you receive.
Sender name and reply-to address
Go to Settings → Email. Under Sender details, set the Sender name shoppers see in their inbox, and the Reply-to address where their replies go.
Send from your own domain
By default, review emails send from @reviewspro-mail.com. Emails from your own verified domain land in the inbox more often.
Under Sending domain, enter your domain, for example yourstore.com, and click Add domain.
Add the DNS records shown at your domain provider. Use the copy buttons to avoid typos, or click Email instructions to my developer.
Click Check now, or wait: we check every hour and email you once the domain is verified. DNS changes can take up to 48 hours.
Footer and compliance
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, as the law requires in most regions. Set the Email language (it matches the shopper’s language by default) and your Company address, which is shown in the footer.
To change what the emails say and look like, see How to collect reviews?
Choose your notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications. Add the email addresses that should get notifications, separated by commas, then choose what to receive:
Low-rated review (1–3★), so you can reply before other shoppers see it.
Every new review, or a quieter Review digest: daily or weekly on Monday.
New customer question, Import finished, Weekly performance summary, Plan usage at 80% and Product updates.
To get low-rated reviews and new questions in Slack, click Connect Slack under Other channels.
