Follow Up Boss Triggers in Automation Platform

An activity is a point of creation/updation/deletion of a property in Follow Up Boss. An activity can be used as a trigger in our automation builder to perform an action. Do note that an activity is generic. For example, Tags Created event refers to ANY TAG added to ANY LEAD in Follow Up Boss.

An activity when used as a trigger comes with a set of data, which can be used further in the automation you are setting up. For example, a Tags Created event comes with the following data. Do note that testing the trigger is essential for knowing what data it comes with. Here's an example:
