Once you have subscribed and are notified of onboarding completion, you can create a form using the drag and drop ability in the Form Builder.

  1. Sign in to your InterFace account here.

  2. On the dashboard, Click on Form Builder button to access the platform.

  3. Click on Create New Form.

  4. Enter a name for the form, a description and form type. Opportunity Forms indicate a new opportunity gets created or an existing one can get updated.

  5. Select a Pipeline, Stage and if you wish to use pre-built templates.

  6. Click on Continue to proceed.

  7. On the dashboard, you can choose from a list of default fields, created for your convenience, or create a field on your own by clicking on the + button.

  8. You can use the search funtionality to find the field you wish to add. Let's say we want to add client name, which happens to be a default field.

Drag the field into the form board.

  9. Let's say we want to add fields to collect the address. Click on the + sign to create a new field.

  10. Add 3 text fields (one each for address, city and state) and a number field for postal code.

  11. Click on the settings button on each field to rename the field and review other field settings. You can make the field required or optional, or add character limits.

  12. You can rearrange the fields using the Move icon on them.

  13. You can click on Conditions to set field rules. Or, You can click on Preview to view the form you've built.

This is what a preview looks like:

  14. The forms are autosaved. So let's log into Follow Up Boss and check the form from a lead record. You can check InterFace 2.0 Embedded app in the right panel of a lead record in FUB.

  15. Click on the + button or Add New+ to check the forms you have created. Select the newly created form. Click on Take me to the form.

  16. Fill out the form to run a test.

  17. This should create a Note in the FUB lead record.
