Sign in to your InterFace account here.
On the dashboard, Click on Form Builder button to access the platform.
Click on Create New Form.
Enter a name for the form, a description and form type as Lead form.
Select "Create Lead Form" when prompted.
Hit continue. Once inside the builder, you will see a bunch of fields pre-populated. The email field is critical as FUB searches that email in your account to see if the lead is already present. You can find the email and other primary fields under the Primary section on the left. These fields connect to the respective fields in FUB, so using them is beneficial.
Once the form is ready, make the form live using the toggle at the top of the form. You can access the form by clicking on Preview or Copy Link under options in Form Builder dashboard:
Once submitted, it should create a lead (or create a note in an existing lead, if found) within a couple of minutes. You can search for the lead using the email, or check for recently added leads in your FUB account a couple of minutes after the form is submitted.
