An active subscription to the Form Builder AND the Automation Platform is required to integrate them. If you have subscribed to both the platforms, and have been onboarded, you can now connect the forms to the automation builder.
Step 1: Log into your InterFace account and select Automation Platform. Then click on Create a New Workflow and Select InterFace forms as the trigger.
Step 2: Once the form is selected, create a test entry in the form. Once that is done, click on Test Trigger.

Step 3: Check the Trigger Data to ensure your most recent test entry appears.
Now, you can proceed with setting up automations with different filter, utilities and action steps! You can also connect it to Zapier using webhooks to trigger automation outside of Follow Up Boss. (For example, populating a google sheet)
