Learn how to integrate Rise & Redo to offer seamless store credit refunds for returns

How the Rise & Redo integration works

Important Note: This integration specifically supports Redo’s Returns Portal. Please note that other Redo products—such as email marketing and customer support tools, are not included or supported by this integration.

Once you integrate Rise with Redo, you'll be able to issue store credit refunds directly through Redo's returns portal when customers return items. The credit will be added to a customer’s wallet, along with any previously accumulated store credit.

How to activate the integration

Please note: The installation needs to be initiated from your Redo dashboard.

1. In your Redo dashboard → Go to SettingsReturns & claimsIntegrations → Search for Rise and click Setup.

2. Click Connect with Rise.ai. You will be redirected to log in to your Rise dashboard.


3. Click Agree & Install.

4. All set! Refresh your page and you'll see the Redo OAuth app show up as Connected in Redo.

And Integrated in Rise.

5. Navigate to your Redo Settings > Returns & Claims > Processing > Return Processing. Under Store credit type, select Rise.ai and click Save.

Please note: Once connected, there's no need to create a workflow or set up a custom trigger. Store credit is added directly to the customer wallet.

How customers will be notified about their store credit

Customers will be notified about their store credit through the Store Credit Received email notification, which you can set up in Rise. This email type is also sent if a customer is rewarded through a workflow.

Rise.ai allows you to set up different templates for various types of workflows or events, ensuring each notification matches the intent, whether it's a standard return or a special bonus.
