How to customize the global theme and global settings - for all email notifications
Both Global Theme and Global Settings sections will take effect on all types of notification emails, by default. They cannot be applied for just a specific notification.

Customizing the Global Settings:
In the Global Settings section, which is also applicable across all email types, you can change the Sender address and add a Reply-To address. If you wish to make changes to the sender's address, please contact our support team.
How to preview and test your notification emails
To view how your emails will look like, click on Preview & Test.
You can see also a mobile version of your emails by clicking on the mobile icon at the top of the screen -
To send a test email, simply click on Send Test Email in the top right corner of the page and enter the email address where you want to receive the test.
How to code your own email template
Emails can be edited by code, using HTML. Clicking that button will enable the use of our HTML editor where you can create the emails you’ve always wanted.
Note that this functionality is available on our Enterprise plan. It requires HTML, so make sure the correct stakeholder is working on that.
