Why Managing Your Deal Pipeline Matters
Managing real estate deals on Investorlift.ai is simple and efficient with the built-in Deal Board and List View options. These tools allow you to organize properties based on their status and move them seamlessly through the deal pipeline.
See how to manage your deals from draft to sold - watch the quick video below, then follow the written guide for details.
1. Understand the Deal Statuses
Investorlift.ai organizes deals into the following statuses for clear pipeline tracking:
Draft — Properties you've created but are not yet visible to buyers. Use this stage to edit details and upload photos. Publish when ready.
Available — Published properties that are live on the deals site and visible to buyers.
Pending — Properties that have received an offer and are in the process of being sold or closed.
Sold — Properties where the deal has successfully closed with a buyer.
Dead — Properties that are no longer available or have been removed from active listings.
Expired — Properties automatically marked as expired when the offer deadline passes. Grayed out and unable to receive new offers unless you update the deadline.
2. Move a Deal from Draft to Available
When your listing is complete and ready to go live, move it from Draft to Available.
On the Deal Board, drag and drop the property from the Draft column to the Available column.
Once the deal is paid and published, the property will automatically appear in Available.
👉🏼 For more details on paying and publishing your deal, see: How to Pay and Publish Your Deal on Investorlift.ai.
3. Move a Deal from Available to Pending
Move a property to Pending when it receives an offer or when you want to mark it as under contract.
Drag the property to the Pending column on the Deal Board, or update the status manually.
You can also create a manual offer to trigger the status change.
If the property already has an offer, a pop-up will ask you to select one:
If there is no offer yet, a pop-up will ask you to input a manual offer:
⚠️ Important: To add an offer, make sure of the following:
Buyer Registration: Select a buyer already on the platform, or add one manually.
Accurate Buyer Details: To search for an existing buyer, use either the exact first and last name as listed on the platform, or the buyer's registered email address.
4. Move a Deal from Pending to Sold
Once the deal is finalized and closed, move the property to Sold to mark it as complete in your pipeline.
5. Mark a Deal as Dead
Move a property to Dead from any status when it is no longer available or needs to be removed from active listings.
6. Switch to List View
In addition to the Deal Board, Investorlift.ai offers a List View for those who prefer a traditional tabular layout to review multiple deals at once.
7. Preview Deals
The Preview button lets you instantly view the public version of any deal in a new browser tab - exactly as buyers see it. You can find the Preview option in four places:
Edit Listing Drawer: Right next to the address field.
Leads Board View: Beside each lead's address.
Deals Board: Each deal tile includes a preview icon.
Full Listing Page: A preview option is visible near the address.
Keeping your Deal Board up to date ensures you always know where every property stands - and helps you move faster from listing to close. If you have any questions, our support team is here to help.
