Why Fast Deal Search Matters
Searching for properties on Investorlift.ai is simple and flexible. You can quickly locate a specific property by address, or use the available filters and views to organize your deals the way you work best.
Follow the steps below to search and filter your deals on Investorlift.ai.
1. Search by Property Address
Use the search bar to instantly locate any property in your pipeline.
Use the search bar at the top of the Deals page.
Enter the street address of the property you are looking for.
The system will automatically match your input and display the property.
2. Sort and Filter Your Deals
Use the Sort dropdown to organize your deals by any of the following criteria: created date, price, profit potential, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, or half bathrooms.
Once you've selected a sort type, choose either Ascending or Descending order.
3. Choose Your View: Deal Board or List
Investorlift.ai offers two ways to view your deals - choose the one that fits how you work:
Deal Board View: Properties are shown in columns by deal stage (Draft, Available, Pending, Sold, Dead) for a visual pipeline overview.
List View: Properties are displayed in a tabular format for quick scanning across multiple deals at once.
