Why User Roles Matter
When managing a real estate investment account with multiple team members, it's essential to have a structured and secure system in place.
Investorlift offers two distinct user roles to protect your data and ensure each team member only accesses what's relevant to their responsibilities. This guide explains what each role can do and when to assign them.
Role 1: Administrator
The Administrator role is the highest level of access on an Investorlift account.
Administrators are responsible for overseeing and managing the entire account. They have unrestricted access to all information, including:
Lead information
Property listings
Account settings
Property inquiries
Analytics
Buyer lists (including the ability to import, export, and delete buyers)
ππΌ Assign this role to account owners and senior team members who need full control over the account.
Role 2: Disposition Manager
The Disposition Manager role is designed for team members focused on managing and selling property listings.
Disposition Managers can:
Create and manage property postings
Manually add buyers to the buyer list
Respond to property inquiries
Access analytics and offers
Disposition Managers do not have access to:
Account settings
Lead information
Buyer import, export, or deletion
ππΌ Assign this role to team members whose primary responsibility is listing deals and managing buyer communication.
