Why Marketing Campaigns Are Essential for Selling Faster
A strong marketing strategy is what separates listings that sit from listings that close. Investorlift gives you two ways to reach buyers at scale: AI Autopilot for automated campaigns, and a Manual Campaign builder for full control over your outreach.
This guide covers both options so you can choose the approach that works best for your deal.
Create an AI Autopilot Campaign
AI Autopilot Marketing automates your outreach by identifying, nurturing, and converting potential buyers - so you can focus on closing deals while the platform handles the marketing.
To get started, click New Marketing Campaign and then select Use AI Autopilot.

Create a Manual Campaign
For full control over your outreach, follow these steps to build and launch a manual email or SMS campaign.
Navigate to the Properties tab from the main menu and open the property you want to market.
Click New Marketing Campaign and fill in the campaign details. Start with a concise Campaign Title β this is for internal use only.
βCustomize your Email Subject Line β this is the first thing buyers see, so make it compelling and relevant.
Select a Campaign Type: choose New Deal or Price Reduced. You can send 1 New Deal message and up to 4 Price Reduced messages per buyer (max 25,000 messages per property). Price Reduced messages have a 4-day cool-down period between sends.
Choose your Channel: email (free) or text message (2 IC per SMS, 4 IC per MMS). Once selected, click Continue to proceed.
βπ‘ Before sending: Use "Send test email" or "Send test MMS" to preview your campaign first. You can customize the address or number it's sent to. For more on the Credit System, click here.
Choose your Audience: select buyers using geotags or specific buyers from your list.
Geotags: Click on the map to choose counties or select from suggested geotags. Apply filters by tags or other criteria.
Specific Buyers: Search and add individual buyers using the search filters.
Refine your buyer list using the available filters:
Buyers: Choose "All Buyers" or Rent Buyers. Learn more about Renting Buyers.
Buyer Tags: Filter by tags such as Cash Buyer, Fix and Flip, Landlord, Wholesaler, and more. Exclude specific tags if needed.
Score: Define the score range for targeting your deal.
Geotags: Specify the geotag (100-mile radius limit). Geotags are system-generated based on property addresses.
Vetted Buyers: Campaigns are sent only to vetted buyers by default, reducing unqualified engagement.
Market: Choose nationwide, state-wide, or county-wide. State-wide and Nationwide are no longer pre-selected - opt in manually if needed.

β οΈ Email campaigns are limited to 2,000 emails per campaign. This applies to emails only - SMS/MMS campaigns are not affected.
Finalize your campaign details. Review the summary and choose to send immediately or schedule for later.
βLaunch your campaign by clicking "Create Campaign."
Review your results. View your campaign under the Marketing Campaigns section on the property profile. You'll see click-through rate, total clicks, emails sent, and status. A β icon means the blast was sent; an β icon means it wasn't completed.
β
By following these steps, you can execute compelling marketing campaigns on Investorlift that effectively showcase your listings and attract a broader audience of qualified buyers.
