When you complete verification, sellers see a "Verified" icon next to your profile - instantly signaling that you're a reliable buyer. This credibility translates to higher offer acceptance rates and access to better deals.

Before You Start
⚡ Important: Make sure your first name and last name on your profile are correct before starting verification. Your ID must match.
Step 1: Lightning Verification (Fast and Simple)
Lightning Verification allows you to verify your account quickly by entering basic details.
How to Complete Lightning Verification
Follow these steps:
Click on the Unverified tag next to your profile name.
Select Become a Trusted Buyer.
If you prefer to skip this for now, you can select "Do This Later" to continue using the platform without verification.
Select the Country you are located in.
Enter your date of birth when requested.
Verify your phone number. You will receive an SMS with a verification code.
Enter your address and click Continue.
Step 2: Document Verification (If Needed)
If Lightning Verification is unsuccessful, you'll be asked to provide additional documentation.
How to Complete Document Verification
Follow these steps:
Scan the QR code with your phone camera.
Upload a photo of a government-issued ID.
Ensure the name on your account matches the name on your ID.
Review and confirm or update pre-filled information.
Once approved, a Verified icon will appear next to your name in your user settings menu.
If Verification Fails
