Dispo Day Recap: August 5, 2026: Mogul Beta Demo

Robert Wensley returned to demo Mogul Beta, an invite-only rebuild of Investorlift with automated underwriting, smarter buyer matching, and a built-in dialer.

Written by Krystal Estava

No deal was sold this week. Instead, co-founder Robert Wensley joined the call to perform a demo of Mogul - a ground-up rebuild of Investorlift that's been in development for over a year, currently in invite-only beta starting in Houston.

What we covered:

  • Posting a deal in Mogul Beta: Robert walked through the complete process of creating a deal by uploading a purchase contract, automatically populating property details, uploading photos, and preparing the listing for buyers.

  • AI-powered underwriting: The team demonstrated how Mogul estimates ARV, rehab costs, rental potential, and suggested pricing before a deal is ever published, helping users validate their numbers with confidence.

  • Smarter buyer matching: Before publishing, Mogul identified verified buyers based on their purchase history, investment strategy, and proximity to the property, making it easier to target the right investors.

  • Built-in CRM and dialer: Robert published the deal and immediately began calling buyers using Mogul's integrated dialer, showcasing buyer profiles, lead tracking, and the streamlined outbound calling workflow.

  • A preview of LiftGPT: While working through a live beta issue, Robert also demonstrated LiftGPT, Investorlift's upcoming AI underwriting assistant, showing how it can analyze properties, generate investment insights, and answer underwriting questions using proprietary real estate data.

The big picture

This week's session marked the first real-world demonstration of selling a wholesale deal entirely inside Mogul Beta. Rather than simply introducing new features, Robert walked through the complete disposition workflow—from uploading a contract to underwriting the property, matching buyers, publishing the deal, and making outbound calls using the built-in CRM and dialer.

As with any beta launch, attendees also saw a few bugs surface during the live demonstration. Robert emphasized that this is exactly why Mogul is rolling out market by market: gathering real customer feedback, refining workflows, and improving the platform before expanding nationwide. Houston remains the initial launch market, with additional Texas cities—and eventually Florida and California—planned next.

Robert also announced that LiftGPT is expected to begin rolling out soon, giving investors access to AI-powered underwriting, property analysis, and investment guidance - even outside of Mogul's current beta markets.
