Confirm the Email Address Affiliated with Your Account
Whichever method you chose at sign-up is the method you will have to use to log-in later on. There were three ways to sign up:
With an email and password
By linking an existing Google account
By linking your Apple ID
To quickly confirm which email address, you used to sign up:
Search in your email accounts for the word “InVintory"
You should have received several emails from us when you first signed up, so if you find any of these emails, you’ll know you’ve identified the right email address
Confirm the Login Method / Reset Your Password
Next, you'll need to confirm which login method that email is affiliated with (regular email / password, Google, or Apple). Here's now:
Go to the Login screen on the InVintory app
Tap "Forgot your password"
Enter your password and hit "Reset"
You will receive one of the following emails:
Password reset link: This confirms your account is associated with a regular email / password login. Click on the link to reset your password and login.
An email telling you your account is affiliated with Google: Select the "Sign in with Google" option on the sign in screen and use the password associated with your Google account.
An email telling you your account is affiliated with Apple: Select the "Sign in with Apple" option on the sign in screen and use the password associated with your Apple ID.
If you do not receive one of these emails within a few minutes, you should first ensure that the email is not in your Spam or Junk folder.
