How to cancel your subscription

Cancel your Prestige subscription directly on our web app or through "Subscriptions" on your Apple device.

If you signed up on the web app, you must cancel your subscription on the web app. If you signed up on the Apple iPhone app, you must cancel your subscription through Apple and unfortunately we cannot intervene with their billing process.

How to find out where you signed up:

On the iPhone & iPad app:

  1. Tap on your profile picture (or initials) in the top left

  2. Tap on your Collection in the middle of the screen

  3. Tap on "Subscription" and it will tell you how to cancel

On the Web App:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner

  2. Select "Account"

  3. Toggle to "Billing" in the menu bar below the profile icon

  4. Click "Update billing information"

  5. On the right side of the new window, click "Cancel subscription"

On the App Store:

  1. Open the Settings app

  2. Tap your name

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Tap the subscription

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
