To send an invoice to your customers, follow the steps in this guide: Sending Invoices.
Your customers can open the invoice in a web browser using the link provided by you.
The invoice will be displayed with options to print or download the PDF version.
In case you have enabled online payments:
The invoice will be displayed with a button to pay using the online payment method you have selected, located on the right side of the screen. When they click this button, they will be redirected to a checkout page where they will need to enter their information to complete the payment. This option disappears once the invoice is paid.
Additionally, there is a button inside the invoice PDF. This can be useful for you to verify that the payment option is enabled for the invoice. This will also disappear once the invoice is paid, and the balance due will be updated.
