Send invoices promptly with InvoiceFly. This guide helps you email, link, or PDF invoices, track them, and set up templates efficiently.

Sending Invoices via Email, Link, or PDF

  • Open Invoice Fly.

  • To create a new invoice, tap the Create New Invoice button.

  • To send an existing invoice, select the invoice you wish to send from your list.

  • Tap the Send Invoice button.

Choose Sending Method:

  • Send by Email:

    • Select the Send by Email option.

    • An email window will open with the invoice attached. Enter the recipient’s email address and any additional message, then send the email.

  • Send Link:

    • Select the Send Link option.

    • A shareable link to the invoice will be generated. Copy the link and share it with the recipient via your preferred communication method.

  • Send PDF:

    • Select the Send PDF option.

    • The invoice will be downloaded as a PDF file. You can then share the PDF manually via email, messaging apps, or other methods.

Tracking Sent Invoices

View Sent Invoices:

  • In the Invoices section, you can see the status of each invoice (e.g., paid, overdue ).

  • To get more details, select the specific invoice, and press and the Status in the left corner above Send Invoice. You will see the tracking information, including when the invoice was sent and whether it has been viewed by the recipient.
