Setting Up Time Tracking
Open Invoice Fly.
Tap on the Tools icon located in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Here you can access the time tracking feature to start adding your time entries.
Add Time Spent on Client Work
Tap on the Track Time button.
Fill in the following details:
Date: Select the date on which the work was performed.
Duration: Enter the duration of the work.
Client: Select the client for whom the work was done.
Additional Note: Add any relevant notes or descriptions for the work.
Once all the details are filled in, tap on Save.
The entry will be saved under Unbilled until it is invoiced.
Generating Time Tracking Invoices
Navigate to the Client Time Tracking section under Tools.
Here you will see all your saved time entries, categorized as billed or unbilled.
Select the Client you want to Invoice.
Tap on Create Invoice.
Select the time entries you wish to bill by checking the corresponding boxes.
Fill in the following details:
Enter the hourly rate for the work.
Check this box if you want the date to be included in the invoice description.
Review the time entries and ensure everything is correct.
Save and send the invoice to your client.
