Accessing the Trash Bin
Step-by-Step Guide:
Open Invoice Fly.
Tap on the Settings icon located in the top left corner of the screen.
In the Settings menu, select More Options.
Select "Trash" from the menu options. This will open the trash bin where all your deleted items are stored temporarily.
How to Restore Deleted Invoices, Estimates, and Quotes
In the trash bin, browse through the list of deleted items to find the invoice, estimate, or quote you wish to restore. Items are usually sorted by the date they were deleted.
Tap on the item you want to restore to open its details.
Tap on the "Restore" button or icon. This action will move the item back to its original location (invoices, estimates, or quotes section).
Additional Tips
Restoration Period: Note that items in the trash bin are only stored temporarily (30 days). After this period, they will be permanently deleted.
Review Restored Items: After restoring an item, review it to ensure all details are intact and correct. Make any necessary adjustments before sending or using the item.
Organize Your Items: Regularly check the trash bin and restore any items you may need. Keeping your invoices, estimates, and quotes organized helps in efficient management.
