Manage items efficiently with InvoiceFly’s features for creating, editing, and deleting. This guide helps keep your operations smooth.

Creating New Items and Services

  1. Open the InvoiceFly app.

  2. Tap on the Tools icon located in the menu at the bottom of the screen.

  3. In the Tools section, select Manage Items.

  4. Tap the Add Item button, usually located in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  5. Fill in the required details such as the item name, description, price, and unit (e.g., per hour, per item). You can also add tax information and any additional notes if needed.

  6. Once all the necessary information is entered, tap Save to add the new item to your list.

Editing Item Details

  1. Tap on the Tools icon at the bottom of the screen.

  2. In the Tools section, select Manage Items.

  3. Find and select the item you want to edit from your item list.

  4. Tap on the item to access its details.

  5. Make the necessary changes to the item’s information, such as name, description, price, unit, tax information, or additional notes.

  6. After making the updates, tap Save to apply the changes.

Deleting Items

  1. Tap on the Tools icon in the bottom menu.

  2. In the Tools section, select Manage Items.

  3. Scroll through your item list and select the item you wish to delete.

  4. Tap the Delete button.

  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted. Please note that this action is irreversible and will permanently remove the item from your records.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage your items within InvoiceFly, ensuring that your product and service lists are up to date and organized.
