Checking Daily logs.

Reviewing Daily log.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

You can view the entire set of recorded data to see exactly which packing tasks were logged for each date.

How Data is Logged

A single row of data is generated for each work session. A session tracks the period from when a worker selects the crop, package, and task type and taps Start Work until they finalize the entry by tapping Save.

Viewing Detailed History

By clicking the date in any given row, you can review the specific history of multiple individual entries a worker made during that session before they hit the final Save button.

Managing Data Integrity

Worker misconduct or input errors can negatively impact the accuracy of your overall data aggregation. It is recommended to exclude such records from your totals.

  • Suspicious Log Detection: Ation’s internal logic automatically flags records suspected of being irregular with a specific icon. Managers can review these flagged items and choose whether or not to exclude the log from the aggregation.

  • Manual Exclusion: Even if a log is not automatically flagged as suspicious, you can manually exclude any data from the totals by selecting its checkbox if you determine it should be removed.
