Packing is designed to allow managers to oversee packing status at a glance based on the data recorded by workers in the app, enabling quick operational decisions.
For instance, if today's packing volume is lower than usual, if the ratio of specific packages has shifted, or if there is a large gap in speed between workers, managers can use this screen to pinpoint where the issue lies and respond immediately.
1. Select Period, Crop, and Package
Use the filters at the top of the screen to set your viewing conditions:
Select Crop
Select Period (e.g., 2026.02.10 ~ 2026.03.11)
Select Interval (e.g., 30D / 1D)
Select Package (All Packages or a Specific Package)
2. Check Current Status in Summary Cards
Production
Production Ouput : The total amount of crops produced at the farm. This is calculated as the sum of packages moved by forklift operators.
Weight: The total weight of the yield. Weight units can be adjusted in the settings.
Packer's Work
Packing Output : The total amount of packing completed (sum of packages packed by workers).
Hour : The total time workers spent packing.
Note: This specific metric only includes time spent on quantity-based tasks and does not include measurements from time-based tasks.
UPH : Calculated as Packing Output divided by Hour.
3. Review Work Trends via Graphs
Select the specific task you want to check (Production or Packer's work) at the top of the graph.
Analyze Ouput, Hour, and UPH categorized by either Package or Packer.
4. Evaluate Performance
You can review performance details across these three categories:
Packing output by Package: See which package types are being processed the most.
Packing output by Packer: Identify high-performing individuals or those who may need support.
Packing hours by Packer: Monitor how much time each worker is spending on their tasks.
