The iPlato store can be used to purchase credits when you're running low. This step by step guide covers how to set up your iPlato store account and purchase the credits.
Creating an Account
Firstly, go to the iPlato store
Click on Register
Select Wales
Enter your First Name, Last Name, ODS code, Practice Name, Email Address, Phone number and create a password for your account
Click on the box to agree to the privacy policy.
Click on the box labelled CAPTCHA and follow the instructions given
Click on register
Purchasing Credits
You can purchase credits in bundles created by EMIS/Optum. Please follow the below steps:
Scroll down to Additional messaging credits
Click on View prices
Select from the drop down menu the amount of credits you wish to add
Once you have selected the number of additional credits you wish to purchase, scroll down and click Next. It will take you to the following page
Enter your full name, phone number, ODS code, Practice name and email in the correct fields
Scroll down and click next
Type in your address, street address, city, post code and country
Input your payment details
Read the terms and conditions of use and click on the check box to accept
Click on the checkbox under CAPTCHA and follow the instructions given
Click on Submit
Once purchased the iPlato team will receive your request and add the credits to your account as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email from the iPlato team once the credits have been added.

What happens if I don't have a bank card?
