Register and Login: The functions briefly explained

This article explains how to register an iqtax account, verify your email, and log in successfully. It also covers how to reset your password and provides troubleshooting steps for common login or verification issues.

Creating Your Account

  1. Go to the Registration page.

  2. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and a secure password.

  3. Confirm your password.

  4. Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

  5. Click Create Account.

💡 Tip: Use an email address you have immediate access to. You will need it for verification.

Email Verification

After registration, you will receive an email titled “Verify your email for iqtax”.

  1. Open the email.

  2. Click the verification link/button.

  3. Once verified, you can log in.

🔔 Important: You cannot log in until your email address is verified.

Logging In

  1. Go to the Login page.

  2. Enter your email and password.

  3. Click Log In.

If your credentials are correct and your email is verified, you will be successfully logged in.

Resetting Your Password

  1. Open the Login page.

  2. Click Forgot Password?

  3. Enter your email address.

  4. Check your inbox for a reset link.

  5. Create a new password and try logging in again.

Troubleshooting

I did not receive the verification email

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Search for “iqtax” in your inbox

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address

  • Resend the verification email from the login page (if available)

If the email still doesn’t arrive, contact support through the chat widget.

  • Reset your password

  • Make sure the email verification succeeded fully
