Keeping your personal information up to date ensures that your account details are correct and that communication from iqtax reaches you properly.
Accessing Personal Info
To view or edit your personal information:
Log in to your iqtax account.
Click on Settings in the left sidebar.
Select Personal Info.
You will see the following fields:
Name (first name)
Last Name (surname)
Email address
Updating Your Name
If you want to update your name:
Go to Settings → Personal Info.
Edit the Name or Last Name fields.
Click Update profile to save the changes.
Your profile will be updated immediately.
Email Address
Your registered email address is displayed in the Personal Info section.
At the moment, the email address cannot be edited directly from this page. If you need to change your email address, please contact support.

Make sure both Name and Last Name fields are filled in before clicking Update profile.

Try refreshing the page and updating the information again.
