Facilitators have the option to mute (hide) Talk and in-page discussion posts and responses or Social notes.

Our range of social tools can encourage discussion between learners. Sometimes as a facilitator you may feel there are some instances where hiding a post is appropriate.

How to hide a learner's social comment

Head to the post you want to hide.

Select the three horizontal dots on the bottom right of the post and use Hide this

message.

You will then be prompted to provide a reason for why the post has been hidden (the reason will be visible to learners).
