How to set your organisation's default language

As an account owner you can update your organisation’s default language to te reo Māori.

The iQualify settings area allows account owners to update the default language from English to te reo Māori. This will help the organisations where te reo is used as the primary language amongst authors, facilitators, and learners.

You can easily switch your organisation’s primary language using the steps below:

  • Go to iQualify settings under your avatar (profile icon) in the right corner of the iQualify:

  • Once you're in any of the separate iQualify settings areas, select localisation. This page will open the localisation settings:

  • Under the language drop-down menu, you should see Māori as an option for your preferred language.

  • Select your preference and click update:

(If you don't see this option on your localisation screen, please let us know so we can enable it for you.)

This will take a minute or two to update the create and learner dashboards of your organisation (see the screenshots below). Once the update is completed, all the text (apart from the course content) will now be updated to te reo Māori.
