The iQualify settings area allows account owners to update the default language from English to Te Reo Māori. This will help the organisations where Te Reo is used as the primary language amongst authors, facilitators, and learners.

Users can also select their preferred language for their account using the language selector

To switch your organisation’s primary language:

  • Go to iQualify settings under your avatar (profile icon) in the right corner of the iQualify:

Account details page showing the drop down menu beneath the avatar with iQualify settings underlined.
  • Once you're in any of the separate iQualify settings areas, select localisation. This page will open the localisation settings:

  • Under the language drop-down menu, you should see Māori as an option for your preferred language.

  • Select your preference and click Update:

(If you don't see this option on your localisation screen, please let us know so we can enable it for you.)

This will take a minute or two to update the create and learner dashboards of your organisation (see the screenshots below). Once the update is completed, all the text (apart from the course content) will now be updated to te reo Māori.
