In iQualify settings, account owners can update the interface default language between English and Te Reo Māori. This can help organisations where Te Reo is used as the primary language amongst authors, facilitators, and learners.

Individuals can also select their preferred language for their account using the language selector.

Note: Changing the default language affects interface text (i.e. things displayed in labels and buttons) but course content is still given in whatever language it was authored in.

How to set your organisation's default language

Go to iQualify settings under your avatar (profile icon) in the right corner of the iQualify.

Account details page showing the drop down menu beneath the avatar with iQualify settings underlined.

Select Localisation from the left menu.

Under Language select your preferred default interface language and Update.

Tip: If you don't see this option on your localisation screen, let us know and we can enable it for you.

Note: It will take a minute or two to update all of the Create and Learn areas of iQualify.
